Biopredic International is committed to comply with the highest ethical standards as well as national and international regulations for the acquisition, handling, selling and shipping of human and animal biological products for research.

Biopredic International holds a permit (AC-2013-1754) granted by the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research for the acquisition, transformation, sales and export of human biological material to be used in research.

Biopredic International also complies with the French law CSP1245-2, respecting the following ethical principles:

  • Patient no-opposition: an informed consent is signed by the patient before donating their samples.
  • No payment made to the patient
  • No publicity made on our tissue acquisition activity
  • Respect of the patient’s anonymity.

In compliance with European and French regulations, Biopredic International delivers a veterinary certificate for all animal products and also complies with the CITES convention (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora) and the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations.

Biopredic International supports the principle of 3R (Reduce, Replace, Refine) through the development and distribution of its various models for in-vitro research.
