Biopredic International gives a lot of importance to improving the quality of our customer services and strives to continuously adjust our services to best fit customers’ needs.

Our customer services' team has strong scientific and technical background (PhD.) to help and answer your enquiries.

On top of standard products, Biopredic International offers customized products according to customers’ specifications regarding:

  • donor selection (age, gender, etc)
  • shipment
  • controls
  • etc

Shipping services

  • The day of shipment, Biopredic International provides customers with the order number, the tracking number and the temporary certificate of analysis given the day of shipment
  • With regards to shipment conditions, Biopredic International can organize the shipment for customers worldwide (DDP incoterm) or let the customer organize the shipment from Biopredic to their facilities (EXW incoterm). For the USA and Japan, Biopredic International works with their local distributors.
  • Biopredic International is also capable of delivering customers products within 24 hours, in most areas in Europe (contact us to check the feasibility according to your delivery address) starting from the time the primary tissue arrives at Biopredic. For example, blood or skin products collected from a donor in the morning can be delivered to our European customers within the following 24 hours.
  • Products are delivered in dry ice, nitrogen vapour dewars (with a deposit for containers shipped to India and China), at -4°C or at room temperature, depending on the product and customers shipment requests.

Training sessions by us or on site

Technical hands-on trainings are frequently organized at Biopredic International or at customers’ facilities.
